想請問如果刪掉疑似違反IG政策的貼文之後，要怎麼判斷有沒有回恢復觸及呢？
像是原本已經發的貼文，有可能會恢復正常觸及嗎？
還是只能從之後發的貼文來判斷有沒有恢復觸及呢？

您好，可以看別人的限動，但自己不要發限動，然後也不要在別人貼文上留言或按讚。盡量降低ig的注意力

您好，我在事件剛發生時有一週的時間完全不上社群，停止任何操作。但因為shadowban的貼文是讓陌生人看不到，但自己粉絲還看得到，所以為了顧及現有的粉絲群體，我之後還是有發文，只不過發文頻率變很低，幾乎一週才發一篇。
